New York NOW

exhibition design and installation center for architecture new york, ny 2002

New York NOW is an exhibition of 220 architecture projects submitted by New York Architects The design takes a look at “pace.” Instead of representing projects by cost per square foot of construction, time per finished square foot is displayed. The environment is a white box with long continuous photo - luminescent strips running through the space. The project panels are a mixture of Duratrans prints and opaque panels mounted on long, slender light boxes. Additionally this installation incorporates a video projection wall into the design for individual project presentations and lectures.
